The Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker is engineered for demanding commercial environments with an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. Its 30-inch wide footprint and dual exhaust top/side air discharge streamline installation in a variety of kitchen layouts. Operators gain reliable performance without external condensing equipment.
Designed for volume, it produces approximately 561 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 432 lb at 90°/70°. Full-size cubes support premium beverage presentation and rapid cooling across service stations. It is ENERGY STAR® certified and uses R290 refrigerant.
PURE ICE® built-in antimicrobial protection, an LED status display, and one touch sanitize/descaling controls simplify maintenance and oversight for busy teams. Dishwasher safe food zone components reduce downtime between cleanings. This ice maker also meets cULus, NSF, and CE requirements and is BPA Free.
