Designed for commercial use, this John Boos SB009-O Work Table Top is durable, made from real wood, and has a beautiful finish. It is ideal for use in baking and its hard rock maple is safe for contact with food. It’s penetrating oil finish is NSF certified. The SB009-O has a full-length edge grain butt jointed construction and it has 4″ high horizontal and vertical coved risers on both its back and sides. Its Table Top is 1-3/4″ thick.
