This Lakeside E927 dispenser cabinet is unique because it uses a forced air system to heat plates. It has a single thermostatic control to manage and adjust the temperature for both dispenser tubes. They have a 25” stacking height and accommodate 6-1/2” to 9-3/4” plates. The E927 uses a special easy glide design to prevent plates from sticking.
