Speed workflow with two self-elevating dish dispensing tubes that accept 4-1/4″ to 7-1/2″ plates, keeping the top plate at an easy-to-grab height. Roll effortlessly between prep, line, and expo on 4″ Lake-Glide swivel casters; two brakes lock the unit when you’re plating. Corner bumpers help protect walls and equipment during transport.
