Description
The Lancer 1/4″ Barb Syrup Elbow Assembly is a specialized beverage-grade fitting designed to route supply lines around tight 90-degree turns. The LEP (Low Entry Profile) design ensures that syrup lines remain unkinked even in the restricted cabinet space behind the splash plate.
Problem Solved: Prevents restricted flow and line kinking, which are the primary causes of ‘slow-pour’ complaints. Replaces old, stress-cracked fittings that cause syrup leaks at the manifold interface.
Symptoms of Failure: Reduced flow rates at the nozzle, excessive foaming in the drink, or visible syrup leaks at line junctions caused by brittle plastic fittings.
Technician’s Note: Fully seat the barb into the 1/4″” tubing before applying Oetiker clamps. A loose fit on high-pressure syrup lines will result in gas loss and inconsistent Brix ratios. Hand-tighten all manifold connections.Technical Specifications:
