The Lancer 115V Motor Agitator 25W is the electrical agitating drive unit responsible for maintaining the ice bank’s water circulation. Featuring a specialized 8″” vented shaft, it drives the propeller that moves water across the evaporator coils, ensuring uniform chilling and preventing the bath from freezing into a solid block (bridging).
Problem Solved: Restores circulation to prevent ‘bridging’—where ice freezes solid around the product coils—ensuring even cooling across all beverage circuits. Fixes ‘warm soda’ issues caused by stagnant water baths.
Symptoms of Failure: A loud humming noise from the unit top without rotation, warm drinks at the tap despite the compressor running, or the motor frame becoming hot to the touch indicating a internal short.
