The Merchandiser Assembly for IBD25 is the structural front housing and optical light-diffuser for the 25-inch series. Manufactured from high-impact translucent polymer, it provides the mounting tracks for brand graphics while shielding the internal electrical components from syrup splash and cleaning chemicals.
Problem Solved: Restores the professional appearance of the dispenser and ensures secure alignment for display lighting. Replaces cracked, faded, or yellowed housings that diminish the station’s appeal and allow moisture into the lighting cabinet.
Symptoms of Failure: Visible cracks in the front panel, light hotspots caused by warped diffusers, or brand graphics that fall out of place due to damaged tracking.
Technician’s Note: Before snapping the assembly into the machine frame, wipe down the internal light bars. Syrup buildup inside the merchandiser housing is the primary cause of ‘dim’ display complaints. Hand-tighten mounting screws only.Technical Specifications:
