Technician’s Note: The Mini Mushroom is a favorite for island bars because of its symmetrical, rounded design. Unlike T-towers, the Mushroom’s internal volume is quite compact, making the insulation and glycol loop placement critical. When installing, ensure the trunk line insulation is tucked tightly into the base of the tower to prevent “cold sink” condensation on your bar countertop. Because this is polished stainless steel rather than chrome-plated brass, it will never peel or pit, even with frequent exposure to sanitizing chemicals.
