A 9-1/2″ deep cutting board with side rail lets crews assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps right on the unit.
Load backups behind (2) solid doors and configure storage with (2) adjustable PE coated wire shelves. A dedicated cold air compartment helps maintain even temperatures across the pan rail for consistent product quality during rushes. The rear-mount, self-contained 2/5 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to deliver dependable performance on busy cooklines.
