• Has a slightly angled front-to-back height (2″ to 2-1/4″ high)
• 4-1/2 inch diameter
• 6 ounces
• Polished on outside, brushed on inside

Strength and weight are assets in heavy duty spice grinding, and marble offers both–the solid 1.78 pounds of this set is contained in the mortar alone, the pestle weighing 0.9 pounds.
