Description

The Salvajor 100-CA-MRSS-LD-P is a commercial garbage disposal and cone assembly package engineered for high-volume foodservice. A 1 HP motor drives dependable performance at prep sinks, pot sinks, and scrap stations. The MRSS-LD start/stop push-button control provides manual reversing and a safety line disconnect for confident operation.

A p-type control panel comes pre-mounted with a solenoid valve featuring flow control to manage water during grinding. Included components—fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring—simplify integration with existing plumbing. This configuration helps streamline scrap handling between the pre-rinse area and the dishmachine.

The 6-1/2″ inlet diameter pairs with the scrap ring for consistent loading. It features a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, and the unit is UL and CE listed.
