Achieve a flawless velvety finish with the Silikomart Gold Velvet Spray, designed to elevate mousses, entremets, and frozen desserts with a rich, professional appearance. This cocoa butter–based spray delivers a smooth, even coating that enhances both presentation and texture with a vibrant gold color.
For optimal results, use the spray on frozen surfaces while maintaining the can between 25°C and 35°C, shaking well before and during application. Apply from a distance of about 20 inches in light, even layers, keeping the can vertical and the nozzle clean to ensure consistent performance and a refined finish.

Note: Shake well before use (by shaking the can, the sphere must flow smoothly). For optimal efficiency of the product, this must be heated in a water bath before use. Spray from a distance of 25/30 cm, maintaining the can as vertical as possible. Make sure the spray can remains at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use. Keep the nozzle always clean. In case of spray interruption, dip the nozzle in boiling water for a few seconds, then dry it and resume spraying
