The MDC3-37 is an Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet, manufactured by Stoelting. It has two 4.25 gallon square buckets, storing your soft serve products at proper temperatures. Each square container is designed to make it easier to scoop out product. The machine is air cooled and uses a digital temperature control to hold product at consistent temperatures. The Dippin Cabinet is easy to install and has heavy-duty swivel casters for ideal portability. The cabinet covers are removable and allow for easy access to the soft serve. This MDC3-37 includes factory start-up.
