The Traulsen TBC13-57 is a Spec-Line reach-in blast chiller engineered to accelerate cooling while protecting food quality. Touch screen control streamlines operation, and a dual self-contained refrigeration system drives consistent performance. It chills 200 lbs from 160°F to 40°F in 140 minutes to keep pace with high-volume production.
Thirteen levels accommodate (13) 18″x26″ sheet pans or (26) 12″x20″x2″ pans, ideal for cook-chill programs, banquets, and commissary prep. Chefs can stage trays straight from ovens to the chiller, maintaining workflow and presentation standards.
A stainless steel interior and exterior handle daily demands, while 6″ flanged legs support secure installation. The left-hinged door and reach-in layout integrate smoothly into cooklines and cold prep areas. Certified cETLus and ETL Sanitation to meet commercial kitchen requirements.
