Description
Blast chiller, Traulsen TBC1H-33 is completely made from stainless steel (interior and exterior) so it is extremely strong and resistant to damages. It also has freeze and refrigerator mode. They are automatic and available after each cycle. Additional features are communications capable and NAFEM Data Protocol Compliant. In addition, door hinges and caps are made from stainless steel.
