Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and maintains a dependable 0° to -5°F temperature range for consistent performance in busy commercial kitchens.

Designed for workflow, the hinged solid door includes a self-closing mechanism and a stay-open feature at 105° to streamline loading. Electronic digital control with a 3-digit LED display enables precise temperature adjustments at a glance. Inside, two adjustable powder-coated wire shelves organize product, and a Magnetic Snap-In EZ-Clean door gasket simplifies sanitation.
