Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors move a consistent volume of air for even temperatures, and the epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion. The clear coated aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor and covered corners is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product.
