The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit is a three-cabinet prep table offering 23 cu. ft. of refrigerated space with a digitally maintained temperature between 33°F and 39°F to keep food perfectly preserved. Each cabinet comes with its own stainless steel shelf making it easy to organize the contents. Interior LED lighting makes everything inside highly visible reducing the time doors need to remain open when searching for items.
The worktop features a high-density polyurethane cutting board that runs the full width of the prep table, this allows workers to easily make sandwiches and salads. Sandwich and salad ingredients are easily accessed in two cold bunkers with a total of 30 ⅙-size 4” deep food pans. Two insulated pan covers seal in the freshness of the ingredients while a forced-air system evenly distributes cold air all around the pans to keep everything below 41°F to meet NSF requirements.
To make sure this unit is always running as efficiently as possible, the condenser uses Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning system. On a regular interval, a rotating brush moves up and down the fine mesh in front of the condenser to remove dust. This regular cleaning doesn’t allow dust to buildup allowing the unit to breathe freely and cool efficiently.
This prep table uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity to power its ⅓ HP compressor and it pulls 5.7 amps at full load. Moving the unit into place is a breeze with the included 4” swivel casters and wall sockets are easily reached with a 9-foot power cord.
