The first speed functions at 95 rpm. The second speed runs at 190 rpm. This is made possible by its separate bowl and agitator motors. The SL120LH has a reverse function for increased versatility.
The spiral mixer was engineered for longevity and safety. It has a stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook, and shaft. The safety switches protect operators from injury if the bowl is open.
