The Univex SRM80+ Food Mixer is a free-standing floor model with a heavy-duty stainless steel bowl that can hold up to 80 Qts. The four (4) attachments included with this device are a wire whip, batter beater, bowl scraper, and dough hook.
The 3 HP motor that powers this model easily mixes ingredients at any speed between 90 RPM and 395 RPM thanks to its variable transmission. There are 4 speeds that are indexed for easy and repeatable results. The transmission features tough hardened alloy gears specifically chosen for durability. A standard #12 PTO hub on this mixer allows for the use of accessories like the VS9 Vegetable Slicer Attachment from Univex. The speed of the PTO is controlled by the variable transmission and can be set between 90 RPM and 387 RPM. For ease of operation, this mixer comes with a 15-minute timer and a power bowl lift.
The SwingRing safety guard makes sure users are completely safe around this mixer while it is in operation. The guard features interlock switches that will automatically halt the mixer whenever the guard is opened. The safety guard is easily removed for cleaning and is dishwasher safe.
The stock color for this mixer is metallic silver in a hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat finish. Several color options are available to match the design of your establishment. All colors and finishes offered by Univex and applied at the factory are NSF approved.
The standard voltage option for this mixer is 115v/60/1-ph at 16.8 amps. Other available voltage options are: 230v/50/1-ph, 208/240v/60/3-ph, 220/240v/50/1-ph, 220v/50/3-ph, 380v/50/3-ph, 440-480v/60/3-ph, and 400v/50/3-ph.
The Univex SRM80+ Food Mixer is made in the USA with certification from the Electrical Testing Laboratory and National Sanitation Foundation.
