The Vollrath 39948 Affordable Portable hot food station keeps menu favorites hot, visible, and protected for high-volume lines. Four heated wells and an NSF 2 certified cafeteria breath guard support efficient, attractive self-service or attendant-served applications.
Operators can dial in each 525-watt well with its own manual control to hold soups, sides, and entrées properly. A 60″W x 24″D footprint with a 35″H working height speeds plating and fits cleanly along cafeteria or buffet runs.
The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily traffic while complementing front-of-house décor. An enclosed base with storage opening keeps utensils and extra pans within reach, and four 4″ swivel casters (two braked) let you position the unit quickly on 120V power.
