Operators can tailor results via the customizable CombiOS interface with CombiClimateControl, AutoClimate, CombiGuide, MenuMix, and CombiCare. A humidity sensor regulates chamber climate with high-performance dehumidification, controlled even heat distribution, and a humidifying function for consistent cooking across racks. Use it to roast proteins, steam vegetables, or finish baked goods with reliable uniformity.
A multi-point food probe supports precise internal temperature monitoring, while five wire racks organize loading for efficient workflow.
