Description

The Vulcan MINI-JET is an electric, boilerless combi oven steamer built for efficient, multi-format production. It accommodates either (4) 12″x20″x2.5″ pans, (6) 13″x18″x1″ pans, or (6) 12″x20″x1″ pans. The twin control touch & knob with LCD display pairs with ABC, JET & AUTO control interfaces. Operators can use customizable recipes and factory pre-programed settings for streamlined workflows. Automatic cleaning, drain water tempering, and a cool touch door support smooth operation. An auto-reversing fan and LED light strip aid visibility and cabinet airflow, while USB and food probe ports provide convenient access for programs and probes. Ventless capable, the MINI-JET includes 4″ legs and a cord for 208v/60/3-ph with a NEMA L15-30P. NSF and cULus listed, it is field convertible to 208v/60/1-ph, 240v/60/1-ph, or 240v/60/3-ph.
