As a Holding and Transport Cabinet, it has the capacity to hold five 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, ten 12″ x 20″ pans, or a combination of both. This, along with its durable and mobile design, makes it ideal for use in industrial kitchens and commercial applications. Its exterior and interior are both made from 20 gauge stainless steel. This gives it a professional look while increasing its longevity. Stainless steel is a very durable and sanitary material for kitchen use. It’s fully insulated on its side walls and top. This helps protect the food inside from consistently changing outside temperatures.
This Vulcan VBP5ES Holding and Transport Cabinet holds interior temperatures at up to 190°F. It is easily set with its simple knob-actuated electronic controls. The blower motor ensures gentle, but even heat distribution throughout the entirety of the cabinet. Its magnetic action door latch ensures the door stays shut once closed, helping lock in warm air and protecting food items. This Holding and Transport Cabinet comes standard with 10 pairs of tray slides.
