With individual thermostats, each well can be separately adjusted. The exterior and interior are designed to be durable and to retain cool temperatures. It has a one-piece top flange and coved-corner interiors constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. This heavy-gauge, corrosion resistant steel keeps the RCP-100 easy to maintain. It has a stainless steel interior liner and a 1″ drain for easy cleaning. The ledge has been recessed for increased pan support. This Cold Food Well uses R-134a refrigerant to keep items at proper temperatures. It comes with a sight glass, easy service valves, dryer/filter and a receiver.
