Brewery Pro-Tip: Use 1/2 tablet per 5 gallons of wort. Whirlfloc T is much more effective than standard Irish Moss powder. For the best results, ensure a vigorous boil after adding the tablet to ensure it is fully dispersed. Once the boil is complete, perform a whirlpool to concentrate the trub in the center of the kettle before transferring to your fermenter.
