The Southbend 4606AD-2GR is a 60″ gas restaurant range that unites high-output burners, a 24″ griddle, and dual ovens to streamline busy lines. With 304,000 BTU and rugged stainless construction, it powers through peak service while maintaining a clean, professional station.
Three front star/saute burners and two rear Pyromax burners let chefs sear, saute, and tackle high-heat tasks with speed and control. The right-side 24″ griddle turns out breakfast staples, smash burgers, or seared vegetables without tying up burners, and the standing pilot keeps the top ready.
A standard oven plus a convection oven, both with battery spark ignition, expand bake and roast capacity without additional footprints. Four racks support flexible loading, while the 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf organizes pans and smallwares, and 6″ adjustable legs ease cleaning and level installation.
