The Blodgett CNVX-14E SGL is a commercial electric convection oven engineered to accelerate production and maintain consistency across busy services. Load up to (14) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans or (7) 18″ x 26″ pans to batch roast, bake, or retherm efficiently.
A 4-speed reversible fan adapts airflow to your menu, while a double-paned glass door makes monitoring simple without breaking heat. Use the generous capacity to stage proteins and sides for banquets or to keep turns moving on a high-volume line.
Dial in doneness with the 6-1/2″ temperature probe and arrange trays on 13-position rack glides with five wire shelves. The included floor stand with rack supports, retractable hose reel, and hardware streamline setup and daily workflow.
