Built for commercial use, it features a stainless steel top with turned down edges; stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors; a galvanized steel bottom and back; and an aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Use the two shelves to organize mise en place, desserts, or proteins for fast service at prep, bar, or satellite stations. A single door and one-section layout support smooth workflow in tight spaces.
