This Carter-Hoffmann BB64 Mobile Classic Carter Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold 64 plates with 8 8P carriers, 80 plates with 8 8C carriers, and 84 plates without carriers. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and preheats in approximately 20 minutes at 160°F. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Long lasting, its 6″ diameter casters have been designed to roll easily and handle maximum loads.
