Universal slides maximize flexibility on the line or in banquets, accommodating either (24) 12″x20″ pans or (12) 18″x26″ sheet pans. Standard 3-1/2″ spacing and 1-3/4″ adjustable increments let operators tailor clearance for covered entrées, bulk sides, or sheeted items. Use it to batch-hold menu items, back up the expo window, or stage catered orders for efficient dispatch.
Built for mobility, the PH1835 includes 6″ swivel casters and a wrap-around bumper to protect equipment and walls as you move through corridors and docks. This combination helps chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers maintain work
