Description
The Comstock-Castle FSU3226 step-up gas range powers high-volume lines with ten 24,000 BTU star burners on sturdy 12″ x 12″ cast iron grates. Its 60″ wide by 31″ deep frame streamlines the cookline while giving chefs ample room to sauté, sear, and sauce simultaneously. The step-up layout helps organize active stations and improves visibility across the top.
Two 26-1/2″ wide ovens with enamel and aluminized linings handle roasting, finishing, and baking during peak service. Each oven includes one rack with three rack positions, making it easy to stage sheet pans, braising pans, or hotel pans for batch production.
A stainless steel exterior with back riser and high shelf supports pan storage and a clean presentation on the line. Mounted on 6″ stainless steel legs, this commercial range is built for daily use and simple cleanup, and it carries NSF and cETLus certifications for professional kitchens.
