Operators set and go with electromechanical controls, a 60-minute electric timer, and bright indicator lights, including a low-water alert with audible alarm. Use it to rapidly cook vegetables and seafood, finish dumplings and grains, or retherm hotel pans for trayline service during peak periods.
A 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel exterior withstand daily use, while removable pan supports and a steam diffuser plate simplify cleanup. The positive lock and seal spring-release door and interlock promote safe, consistent steaming, and 4-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven countertops.
