Fixed slides with 3-1/2″ on-center spacing streamline loading and staging, while two dutch doors let your team access product sections without dumping heat. Standard controls with a max 350°F setpoint help you dial in retherm and holding needs for efficient batch service, tray lines, or off-peak staging. Staff can load, retherm, hold, and dispatch with a predictable, orderly workflow.
