This single chamber unit pairs a 16″ removable seal bar with a 24m³/h JetAire™ pump to deliver reliable vacuum performance and consistent seals. A clear lid and integrated vacuum gauge provide at-a-glance monitoring and control during each cycle.
Operators can standardize workflows with (10) custom programs and fine-tune results using adjustable soft air. Gas flush capability expands packaging options, while a removable filler plate and the included maintenance kit support smooth day-to-day operation. The stainless steel housing and 4″ leg extenders enable durable, ergonomic placement. Measuring 16.85″W x 20.12″D x 5.20″H, the HVC406 operates at 120v/60/1-ph, 10.0 amps, 1000 watts, and is certified cETLus and NSF.
