The Imperial Range IR-6-EW is a Pro Series electric, 36″ restaurant range engineered for consistent performance and streamlined workflow. It features (6) wafer elements under a solid top and a standard oven, giving operators flexible cooking space with infinite heat controls for precise adjustments. A porcelain oven interior supports quick cleanup, while the included splatter screen and (1) chrome rack help keep production organized.

Built for daily demands, this unit has a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate. Stable placement is simple with 6″ legs and adjustable feet. For specialized top configurations, the wafer plate elements option provides targeted cooking zones. The IR-6-EW is listed to cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE.

Wafer plate elements option: (3) 12″ x 12″ square wafer plates in front and (3) 12″ x 13″ wafer plates in back, a removable crumb tray, and a max temperature of 650°.
