Computer controls streamline operation for consistent results across shifts and locations. Chefs and managers can coordinate batch cooking for wings, fries, and breaded proteins while maintaining dependable timing and temperature control.
A 5.5 GPM roller pump powered by a 1/3 HP motor returns filtered oil quickly, reducing downtime between drops. Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides, plus included casters, support daily durability and easy positioning on crowded lines.
