Description

The Imperial Range IHR-1HT-18-M is a Spec Series heavy duty, gas, 18-inch wide modular Add-A-Unit. It features a hot top with manual controls and a 40,000 BTU (12 kW) output. As a modular piece, it integrates readily alongside other units to expand or refine a cooking line.

Stainless steel front and sides create a clean presentation on the line. For workflow, a 7-inch deep landing ledge and 6-inch high backguard help organize the station, while a removable crumb tray simplifies routine cleanup. The IHR-1HT-18-M is cETLus and NSF listed.
