Total output of 159,000 BTU powers through peak periods with responsive heat. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while battery spark ignition lights the oven quickly and consistently so crews can move from baking to roasting without delay.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf handle heavy use, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and plates within easy reach.
