A standard oven with battery spark ignition delivers dependable starts for roasting, baking, or finishing, and a standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready for the rush. With 175,000 BTU of total output, this unit supports simultaneous tasks across the top and oven to help balance prep and service.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides handy overhead staging, and the cabinet base consolidates essential equipment beneath the cooktop. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use while 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning access. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
