Use the griddle for searing proteins, toasting buns, or all-day breakfast items, then slide pans straight into the ovens to keep tickets on time. Total output of 291,000 BTU supports high-volume service.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient space for pans and tools, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily. The unit includes three racks per oven and stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for quick leveling. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
