Description
The True Mfg. TRCB-72-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated chef base features a 72-3/8″ wide base in SPEC Package 3. Construction includes a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge, stainless steel front, sides, and back, and a stainless steel interior. Storage is provided by four drawers with locks that accommodate (2) 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (not included). Mobility comes from 4″ castors. The refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor. Electrical specifications are 115v/60/1-phase, 4.4 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed, and is Made in USA.
