Description
The Turbo Air TST-60SD-12M-N-SL(-LW) super deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit with slide-back lid is designed to streamline make-line workflow. This two-section, 19.0 cu. ft. prep refrigerator measures 60-1/4″W x 34″D x 39″H and features a mega top that holds (12) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans beneath an insulated pan cover. A cold air compartment and a digital temperature control and monitoring system maintain consistent product temperatures, while LED interior lighting with fan control improves visibility and operation. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles open to a stainless steel interior with an ABS door liner and (2) stainless steel shelves. The 9-1/2″ deep cutting board provides a dedicated assembly surface. Built with stainless steel inside and out (galvanized steel back and bottom), this unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA.
