Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-D6-N-SL is a three-section, 23 cu. ft. sandwich/salad mega top unit designed for organized prep. A slide-back lid, 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board, and (30) 1/6 size, 4 inch deep pans keep ingredients and work surface together at the point of assembly. Six drawers offer dedicated refrigerated storage below. The interior and exterior are stainless steel, with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP system. Measuring 72-5/8 inches W x 34 inches D x 39-5/8 inches H, it operates on 115v/60/1 power, draws 9.9 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug.
