It has a stainless steel fry tank with 2 twin baskets, giving it the capacity to cook 65-70 pounds at a time. Its millivolt thermostat controls give operators more freedom in selecting temperatures and settings. It has three heat exchanger tubes and a hi-limit cut-off. Being stainless steel, the cabinet is easy to clean and comes with a tank brush, crumb scoop, and clean-out rod. This 1GR65M has a 1-1/4″ full port ball-type drain valve for quick and easy removal of excess oil and food debris.
