The Southbend 4603AD-3CR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that combines (4) star/sauté burners, a 36-inch right-side charbroiler, and two ovens—one standard and one convection. Execute multiple techniques at once: sear and sauté on the burners, charbroil proteins, then bake or roast below. This consolidated footprint helps streamline the cookline for peak service.
Delivering 305,000 BTU, the top section uses a standing pilot while both ovens ignite via battery spark. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use, and 6-inch adjustable legs set a comfortable working height. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf creates staging space for pans or plating.
Use the convection oven for baking while the standard oven handles roasts or holding. Four racks included help maximize throughput. CSA and NSF listings support compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
