The Southbend 4603AC-2CL restaurant range unifies high-output sauté, charbroil, and bake functions on a 60-inch gas platform. Six star/sauté burners sit alongside a 24-inch left-side charbroiler and a convection oven with battery spark ignition to organize a compact, productive cooking station.
Move from searing on the charbroiler to simmering sauces on the standard grates without breaking the line’s rhythm. The convection oven and three included racks help batch-cook menu items while the cabinet base keeps essentials close at hand.
Built for daily service, it delivers 294,000 BTU and features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf on 6-inch adjustable legs for a stable install. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds extra staging space for tools or plates. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
