With 310,000 BTU of total output, it sears, sautés, and bakes simultaneously. Chefs can stage sauces, proteins, and breakfast items without moving off the line.
Thermostatic controls deliver precise plate temperatures on the griddle, while standing pilots keep burners ready. Battery spark ignition lights the ovens quickly, with three racks per cavity for batch cooking. Use it to finish roasts, bake sides, or hold sheet pans during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to demanding kitchens, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan storage. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit and clean underneath. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
