Each 42″ W x 32″ D deck offers generous surface area, with a 7″ high top section and a 16-1/4″ high lower section for varied products. A robust 87,000 BTU input keeps production moving during peak service.
Stage pizzas, hearth breads, casseroles, or roasted proteins simultaneously to streamline ticket flow. The 200–500°F mechanical thermostat makes it easy to dial in working temperatures, while counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle speed access between turns.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and back pair with an aluminized steel interior and steel decks for longevity and easy cleanup. An angle iron frame adds rigidity, and 7″ stainless steel adjustable legs help you level the oven and simplify cleaning beneath the unit.
