The 93 inch prep rail holds twelve 1/6-size, 4 inch deep pans while the 10 inch deep nylon cutting board provides a stable surface for rapid assembly and clean plating.
Optimize storage beneath the rail with six drawers sized for one 12 x 20 x 6 inch pan each (supplied by others), plus a half-height field rehingeable door for flexible access to bulk items. Ideal for sandwich prep, delis, cafeterias, and cooklines where every inch matters.
Features include electronic control, off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator. A side-mounted, 1/3 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
